Hi K.H, this fits our "spectral" OSI back in February (15). I had a five stanza (??) of haiku about those angels of death in their cars.
And of course their concourses intersect our neighborhoods all over the place. If you are bewildered, consider the poor wildlife. It can mean 'to the slaughter' for them. .. ..
